Tonkin & Taylor have assessed residential land damage caused by the devastating Canterbury earthquakes of 2010 and 2011.

Recovery Zones - Red, Orange, Green and White - apply to residential land, building and infrastructure assessments. All other property types are excluded, for example, schools, parks and commercial properties. To find which zone your property is in, go to www.landcheck.org.nz.
