Colm brings significant international experience and strategic insight into the development of people and organisations. Colm is responsible for the Human Resources team and his portfolio of responsibilities have been extended to include Health and Safety and Business Management Systems.

Colm is a professional member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a Masters of Business Administration.
