This year the theme was ‘joining us together by trade’ with the key focus on promoting two-way trade and investment between New Zealand and the Pacific countries that make up Polynesia, Melanesia and Micronesia.
Chris Freer, T&TI’s Pacific Island Business Manager, believes the Expo provided a wonderful opportunity for exhibitors, trade buyers and members of the public to view a wide range of goods and services available for purchase as well as discuss investment opportunities and joint initiatives. "T&TI was delighted to take part in what was a fantastic two days of showcasing Pacific Island culture and discussing potential two-way economic opportunities”, he said.
