Geoff, BE (Civil), MIPENZ, IntPE, C.PEng, is a senior structural engineer with more than 36 years experience in heavy civil/ structural engineering. Geoff has worked on a range of projects in New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Libya. He has worked at Tonkin & Taylor for 14 years and is responsible for all structural work in the company. His duties include planning resources, technical briefing to design team staff, monitoring progress, peer review, drafting specifications, invoicing, client liaison, technical advice to in-house and external clients, project management.

Blackpoint Irrigation Project – underground pump stations and canals
SH20 Mangere Motorway – civil structures and underpasses
Oriental Bay Promenade Pier – structural design of wharf

Geoff also has extensive experience overseas on construction supervision work including bridge and harbour engineering in Hong Kong, marine works in Scotland, airport works in Malaysia and port engineering in Libya.
