Tom has extensive experience on catchment management related projects invariably involving sometimes complex issues and allowing for innovative solutions.

Tom is at the forefront of catchment management and catchment engineering expertise.

He has written several papers and has some 22 years experience in a range of catchment management and catchment engineering related work including hydrology, river engineering and systems, catchment modelling, studies and implementation works, stormwater systems and water supply.

A Chartered Professional Engineer (UK), Tom has led Tonkin & Taylor teams for the Integrated Catchment studies, Integrated Source Management Model for Watercare as well as the Matata Project studies and works.
